Team Philosophies:

1.  Have fun!  Let's play with maximum effort and a competitive edge!

2.  Short 60 second shifts!  If you're not tired skate harder! 

3.  If you cannot make a game, it's expected you will notify me with adequate time (at least 48 hours) to recruit a spare player from our spare list.  An email to my home AND work address or a message on my cell phone is required 48 hours before game time. Failure to comply will result in owing the team a COBO (case of beer owed). 

4.  Spare players will only be called when short 3 or more players; we would like to have at least 12 players per game.

5.  An official spare player list will be used in games we're short players.  This is necessary to ensure we'll have eligible spare players for the playoffs (minimum 15 games played).  Spare players will be charged $15 payable to the team.

6.  League fees and deposits are non-refundable.

7.  No substitutions or drop-ins.  Replacement players for season ending injuries will be recruited from our spares list.
